The CXMEE Organizing Committee and Xiamen XGMA Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a strategic partnership agreement on March 26. Under the agreement, XGMA will become an exclusive strategic partner for the 14th, 15th and 16th CXMEE.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by Huang Ling, Deputy Director of the CXMEE Organizing Committee and Vice Mayor of Xiamen; Cao Hongying, Deputy Commissioner of the Fuzhou Special Commissioner’s Office of the Ministry of Commerce; Zhu Jiangsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Xiamen Municipal Government and Director of the Xiamen Conference and Exhibition Office; Huang Heming, Secretary-General of the CXMEE Organizing Committee and Deputy Director of the Executive Office of the Xiamen Municipal Government; Guo Qingquan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xiamen Machinery and Electronics Group; Wang Kundong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xiamen Machinery and Electronics Group; Chen Ling, Chairman of the Board of Directors of XGMA Machinery; and Cai Kuiquan, President of XGMA Machinery.
At the ceremony, Cao Hongying, Deputy Director of the CXMEE Organizing Committee and Deputy Commissioner of the Fuzhou Special Commissioner’s Office of the Ministry of Commerce, stated that CXMEE’s name recognition and role as a platform have been constantly improving and is poised to become Asia’s premier exhibition of electronics and machinery, and that many renowned enterprises and institutions around the world have been working to strengthen their ties with CXMEE and taken advantage of CXMEE to hold exhibitions and promotions.
Cao also said that the appointment of XGMA as CXMEE’s exclusive strategic partners is set to produce win-win results. It also represents a new initiative of CXMEE in brand operation and business development and will further boost CXMEE’s brand recognition and role as an investment platform.
XGMA principals stated that as the leader in the domestic engineering machinery industry, XGMA will take full advantage of CXMEE to tap into the Taiwanese and overseas markets, capitalize on the strategic advantages of the West Taiwan Strait Economic Zone to consolidate its cooperation with Taiwan and ASEAN engineering machinery builders.
The 14th CXMEE is due to open in Xiamen on April 8. XGMA will stage a 2000-square meter stand at CXMEE to showcase its latest products and technologies. XGMA has invited a a 25-member delegation from Taiwan’s heavy machinery industry to attend CXMEE and visit the mainland. XGMA has also invited procurement delegations from Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The delegations, with more than 80 members, will conduct a series of exchange and cooperation events with XGMA.
