The E-Commerce Exhibition is the first one of its kind in CXMEE’s history, featuring a number of leading companies, such as China Mobile, China Telecom, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and Agricultural Bank of China.
According to Wu Xiaoming, President of Xiamen E-Commerce Association, e-commerce will become a new area of economic growth and will receive strong support from the government. He pledged to continue to work closely with the CXMEE Organizing Committee and CIFIT Organizing Committee to build Xiamen into the world’s e-commerce center.
The Cross-Straits E-Commerce Summit Forum was held alongside the year’s CXMEE, attracting delegations from Taipei and Kaohsiung. Attendees agreed that CXMEE provided a major platform for e-commerce industries on both sides of the Taiwan Straits to expand their presence in the international marketplace.
