The Xiamen Engineering Machinery Exhibition, with an exhibition area of 10,000 square meters, showcases many renowned enterprises from across the world, including Xiamen Engineering Machinery, China Lonking Holdings, Fujian Jingong Machinery, Fujian Nanfang Pavement Machinery, Linde-Xiamen Forklift Trucks, Xiagong Group Sanming Heavy Machinery, XCMG, Liugong, Sanyi Heavy Industry, Japan’s komatsu, Germany’s Atlas, and South Korea’s Hyundai and Soosan.
Following more than 40 years of vigorous growth, Fujian’s engineering machinery industry has developed into a leading industry in China and a strong player in the international marketplace. At present, Xiamen Engineering Machinery and Lonking account for one third of China’s loader production and one fourth of the world’s loader production, making Fujian the world’s largest loader producer. Nanfang Pavement Machinery, based in Quanzhou, is among China’s top three producer of pavement machinery. The growth and development of these sizable and technology-intensive companies, a cluster of engineering machinery parts and components makers has emerged in Fujian. As a result, Fujian now ranks among the world’s leading maker of engineering parts and components.
The Xiamen Engineering Machinery Exhibition will work to tap the comparative advantages of machinery engineering makers, facilitate trading, boost domestic demand, drive further industrial growth, promote cooperation between industry and academia, and boost IPR development.
