Booth Rental and Facilities

Domestic Enterprises:
RMB 6,000 per international standard booth; bare floor exhibition space – RMB 600 per square meter (minimum space rented - 36 square meters).


Overseas Enterprises:
USD 1,000 per international standard booth; bare floor exhibition space – USD 100 per square meter (minimum space rented - 36 square meters).

Main Aisle Corner (two sided) Booths:
RMB 400 extra per booth.

Note:
Each international standard booth is equipped with one desk for business negotiations, three chairs, three partition panels, one fascia board showing the company name in Chinese and English, one 22V power socket, two spot lights, and one waste bin. Each booth is carpeted.

Equipment for exhibition space on bare floor is to be rented by the exhibiting enterprise.

★Value-Added Services:
An exhibitor who books a booth and makes a 50% down payment for the booth rental before December 31, 2007 is entitled to the following value-added services:
(1) Free “Golden Member” qualification, and publishing of information on supply and demand on the CXMEE website.
(2) Free inclusion into the Exhibitors’ Directory in the CXMEE Journal.
(3) An exhibiting enterprise may have a free half-page color advertisement in the CXMEE Journal if it books six standard booths, and a free one-page advertisement in the CXMEE Journal if it books eight standard booths.
