I. Exhibition Agenda
April 4th ~ 6th 09:00-17:00
(1) Head of exhibitors register at: “Exhibitor Registration Counter” of Guest Registration Center, Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center (South Side of Hall A);
(2) Receive the Exhibition Pass from the Exhibition Affairs Team and the Booth Setup and Dismantling Pass (deposit required) from Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center.
April 4th ~ 7th 08:30-17:00 Booth setup by exhibitors.
April 7th 12:00 Inspection of booth setup at all exhibition halls by the Exhibition Affairs Team.
April 7th 17:00 Closing of the exhibition center for security check.
April 8th 9:00 Opening ceremony.
April 8th ~ 11th Exhibition and business talks.
April 11th 15:00 Booth dismantling.

II. Exhibition Schedule
Opening Hours: 9:00a.m. ~ 5:00p.m (no break at noon
Booth staff has to access the Exhibition Center from the east side door (near the sea) and get the booths prepared 30 minutes prior to the opening of the Exhibition Center, and to leave within 30 minutes after its closing each day.
